Eric has over 20 years of appraisal experience. After two decades working alongside real estate agents through thousands of transactions, he created Appraisal Trust to help agents better understand the appraisal process, guideline understanding, and make stronger pricing decisions.

Eric regularly speaks at real estate offices and industry events and is passionate about helping agents make sense of the abundance of information. The idea behind Appraisal Trust is simple: Be a resource for agents to better make sense of the appraisal process, learn how to get ahead of possible roadblocks and delays by understanding guidelines, and promote ethics to the highest level.

His approach is to help agents understand how an appraiser might think, what they look for, and why they arrive at the conclusions they do, everyone benefits. Deals close more smoothly. Sellers are better prepared. Pricing becomes more defensible. And fewer transactions are blindsided by the appraisal process. That knowledge has always existed.
